I am staying here because of the floods that hit our city last week. The staff has been amazing and kind. I would highly recommend the hotel but I would also wish they were pet friendly so that I didn’t have to leave my pup with a friend. I miss him. He is comforting.
Hotel is nice and staff is great. Rooms comfy ... pool is always nasty!. Leave a pool cleanee out and maybe guests wpuld clean to get in.. Hot tub only 1 jet works. If you want to get in it not clean either.
Rooms are clean, phenomenal water pressure for showering, good breakfast to start your day. I have nothing negative to say about this place and I’m quite picky about where I stay.
Nice updated rooms. Will definitely stay here again. The service desk was nice and helpful. Coffee, micro, mini fridge, air purifier, hair dryer. Adjustable thermostat. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.
Everything was great about our stay. Only downfall was no one could help us get my husband's points to transfer to his account. He always stays at one in Houston and should have quite a few points.
1/24/26 This is not a bad location for staying at a hotel. The property is well lit and secured. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is ok also. They have a business center if you need to take care of business. A fitness room if you want to exercise. If you need to wash your clothes they also have a laundry room.
I was very pleased with the welcoming atmosphere upon my arrival. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
